Return Policy

 

Online shopping is super fun & easy. However here at Glam Girl we know that there are times where items may need to be returned.

Our CUSTOMERS are our #1 priority. We are here to make you online shopping experience with us as easy flowing and seamless as possible. 

Due to health/sanitary reasons jewelry and swimwear or illegible for returns or exchanges. If the products are defective then we must be notified via email within 6 hours of you receiving you order. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please understand that we cannot restock or issue a refund once they leave our facility. Other than a product being damaged, defective. **PLEASE NOTE we must be notified withing 6 hours once you receive the package.

Glam Girl inc. Easy Return Guidelines

  • Items (that are not jewelry or swimwear) must be returned within 2 weeks of the shipment date. All items that are returned after the 2 week time frame has been exceeded. Are illegible for a return/exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

 

  • All returned items must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, unworn, unwashed, original tags attached and undamaged. Any, items that are not in their original condition will result in ineligibility to receive store credit.

 

  • Intimate items such as BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR & EARRINGS are FINAL SALE.

 

  • Glam Girl inc. does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount. We will issue you store credit in the form of and E-GIFT CARD. The E-Gift Card will be emailed to the e-mail we have on file.

 

  • If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email HeyGlamGirl@Gmail.com within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

 

  • All items that are returned to Glam Girl are returned at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to place a note inside of the package wit (1) Your name , (2) Order Number (3) Reason for the return.

 

  • Please make sure to get and keep the tracking number, for you return package from the post office you deliver the package to. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Glam Girl inc. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

 

  • ANY items that do not meet the requirements will be discarded upon receipt.

 

  • Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.

 

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once we have received your return package.
